An exciting performance of Vivaldi’s ever-popular masterpiece with orchestra and youthful soloists. Also included in the programme are a short, seldom heard piece by Telemann and ‘Christmas Day!’ – three well-known Christmas carols arranged and orchestrated by Gustav Holst.

Wine and drinks will be available during the interval, followed by short works by
Viadana, Victoria, Mozart, Brahms, Vaughan Williams, Shephard & Bullard.

CRUCIFIXION

The Briantspuddle Singers are joining forces with Wareham Choral Society to perform Stainer’s CRUCIFIXION. The programme includes sacred anthems by Charles Wood and Charles Villiers Stanford, and FIVE MYSTICAL SONGS,
settings by Ralph Vaughan Williams of poems by George Herbert.
We are very fortunate to have secured the voices of Hugh and Clement Hetherington to sing the solos in the Stainer and Vaughan Williams.
